Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field equivalent to practical experience
- Over 5 years of experience in software application development within an agile framework
- Strong experience in backend or full-stack engineering with an emphasis on scalable services and APIs
- Proficiency in Python or comparable programming languages
- Familiarity with modern web development frameworks like Django, Flask, or Rails
- Practical experience in designing and implementing REST APIs
- Background working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience in implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability features in production systems
- Proven track record in developing or integrating LLM-powered functionalities in a production environment
- Knowledge of prompt design, LLM APIs, conversational AI, or agent-based systems
- Strong understanding of LLM system architecture, including orchestration, context management, and evaluation
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to influence others through collaboration and technical knowledge
Responsibilities
- Design and create scalable backend services that enable AI-driven and automation-centric platform features
- Develop and oversee internal AI services, including LLM orchestration, prompt management, and agent-based workflows
- Construct robust data models and APIs to facilitate conversational states, context management, and AI-fueled decision-making
- Ensure services comply with production standards for reliability, scalability, latency, observability, and cost-effectiveness
- Enhance and refine existing AI and microservices architecture to accommodate increasing product adoption
- Work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to weave AI capabilities into various products
- Provide technical leadership by offering architectural guidance, conducting design reviews, and sharing implementation best practices
- Mentor engineering staff, contribute to hiring initiatives, and cultivate continuous improvement within the team
