Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or reliability positions within a regulated manufacturing sector
- Demonstrated proficiency with engineering and asset management systems
- Excellent leadership abilities and strong communication skills
- Capability to solve problems effectively while managing multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison among site engineering teams, leadership, reliability teams, and the IT department
- Support the implementation of engineering solutions across various projects
