Must:
- Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Senior Scrum Master, or IT Delivery Lead - Background in regulated or compliance-driven environments - Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, data, and cybersecurity - Solid expertise in SAFe and Agile delivery frameworks - Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities - SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification is preferred

Responsibilities

- Facilitate and lead Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events - Align IT delivery with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture - Track PI objectives, features, dependencies, and risks across application, data, and infrastructure teams - Coordinate ART backlog readiness with Product Managers and Product Owners - Manage IT release schedules, change windows, and blackout periods - Ensure traceability from regulatory or compliance requirements to delivered IT solutions - Support audits by maintaining delivery evidence, documentation, and controls - Provide transparency through dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting - Drive continuous improvement, flow optimization, and defect reduction across the ART - Identify and eliminate systemic impediments affecting IT delivery - Partner with Change Management and CAB to ensure safe, compliant IT releases
