Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Quest Active Directory Migration tools, particularly Binary Tree
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Active Directory migrations across multiple domains
- Strong knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPOs), local policies, replication, and Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- In-depth understanding of Active Directory architecture
- Expertise in hybrid identity management, including Azure AD (Entra ID), on-premises AD, and cloud integration
- Proficient in scheduling migrations, executing jobs, and performing failure analysis using Quest Binary Tree
- Skilled in Shell scripting and analyzing error logs
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable leading and mentoring a team while handling escalations
- Capable of functioning in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision
- Effective communicator with both end users and technical teams
- Binary Tree certifications are beneficial
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in a multi-domain transition to a single Active Directory domain using Quest Binary Tree tools
- Diagnose and resolve migration failures, identifying patterns and troubleshooting in both technical and laymans terms
- Schedule and manually initiate migration tasks; monitor daily job performance and escalate any failures
- Provide updates on project status, metrics, and issue tracking to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address integration and tool-related challenges
- Mentor and guide junior staff on best practices, processes, and escalation procedures
- Ensure secure and efficient migration across on-premises, Azure, and cloud environments

You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding a team of up to five resources and handling troubleshooting, scheduling, and thorough analysis of the migration processes.
