Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Salesforce data migration and API/integration testing
- Familiarity with multi-channel commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify)
- Knowledge of payment gateway integrations, Order Management Systems (OMS), and inventory workflows
- Expertise in handling payment types, cancellations, returns, late payments, reactivation of subscriptions, promotional pricing, tax elements, and global retail sales
- Experience in user testing related to products/skus, pricing APIs, online subscription purchasing, and integration with Salesforce and Oracle
- Understanding of the synchronization and integration points from marketing efforts to Salesforce cloud, tracking transactions in Oracle for revenue insights
- Comprehensive knowledge of all stages in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance
- Familiarity with various testing cycles (SIT, E2E, UAT), along with regression testing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and risk management
- Capability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong skills in designing, executing, and managing both manual and automated test cases
- Experience in integration testing between Salesforce/eCommerce platforms and Oracle Cloud
- Proficiency in process optimization and automation testing
- Familiarity with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) for data synchronization
- Understanding of ERP workflows (finance, supply chain, HR modules)
- Strong grasp of test automation principles, assessment criteria, and tools (Playwright, Cucumber, etc.)
- Ability to validate data consistency, API interactions, and batch job efficiency across systems
Responsibilities
- Conduct Salesforce data migration and perform API/integration testing
- Manage order fulfillment and back-end procedures, integrating with ERP systems
- Identify and cultivate potential customers, guiding them through the sales funnel until leads are qualified
- Execute integration testing between Salesforce/eCommerce and Oracle Cloud
- Verify data consistency, API interactions, and batch processes across different systems
- Document test plans, workflows, and testing scripts as part of QA responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
