Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in managing outsourced infrastructure services and knowledge transitions
- Demonstrated ability in overseeing contract execution related to infrastructure outsourcing
- Understanding of managing knowledge transitions across various Service Areas including Networking, Data Center, Cybersecurity, Hybrid Cloud Operations, and Digital Workplace
- Familiar with establishing and implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Experience in developing Infrastructure Policies and Procedures during knowledge transitions
- Skilled in onboarding and monitoring Managed Service Provider resources
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Program leadership team to create project plans and milestones for each area of Infrastructure Services
- Partner with Service Delivery leaders to ensure successful execution of the planned objectives
- Oversee Project Managers from the Service Provider in the transfer of services from internal personnel to external teams
- Identify and manage Risks, Issues, and Action items effectively
- Facilitate resolution of issues and support decision-making processes
- Handle escalations as necessary
- Provide regular updates to Program leadership on project status
