Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager in Oracle transformation projects, especially within Oracle Cloud environments
- Direct leadership experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation and/or HCM, Payroll, or Compensation systems
- Proven track record managing large, intricate, long-duration programs versus numerous short-term projects
- Significant experience in coordinating efforts among business teams, technical resources, and external vendors
- Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
- Familiarity with structured PMO or enterprise governance frameworks
Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud transformation projects, focusing on Oracle Incentive Compensation and HCM modules
- Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to secure alignment, clarity, and execution momentum
- Take charge of overall project execution, including planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution
- Foster collaboration across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external implementation partners
- Manage project governance tasks, including status updates, executive communications, and committee briefings
- Ensure that delivery milestones are achieved throughout lengthy, multi-phase transformation initiatives
- Proactively identify risks and constraints, collaborating with leadership to formulate mitigation strategies
- Uphold strong delivery discipline in a complex, matrixed enterprise environment
