Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, including the creation and management of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and reporting processes
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy
- Effective communication skills with the capability to collaborate within a team environment
- Proficient in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work setting
- Familiarity with SAP, BOBJ, and PowerBI
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial capital forecasts
- Analyze financial data and generate reports to aid in business decision-making
- Aid in the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting and organizing pertinent financial data
- Manage the monthly accrual processes
- Support cost and scheduling risk assessments and provide insights
- Conduct financial analyses as required by management or regulatory authorities
- Perform variance analysis to evaluate actual results against budgeted or forecasted figures
- Construct and maintain financial models in Excel for trend analysis and future performance projections
- Create and update Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting purposes
- Precisely monitor costs associated with individual projects and anticipate project expenditures to keep within budget
- Assist in preparing financial presentations for upper management
- Carry out accounting unitization tasks to ensure compliance with SOX and accurate asset reporting
