Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or utilizing automation tools
- Proficient in modeling and developing with both multi-dimensional (OLAP) and relational (OLTP) databases
- Demonstrated experience with Power Platform tools such as PowerApps and Power Automate
- Strong skills in data ingestion tools, including R script, Alteryx, SSIS, and Python
- Familiarity with building visualizations using Power BI and QA/testing for user interfaces
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
- Self-driven with the capacity to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop automation processes for internal clients to reduce manual, repetitive tasks
- Extract and validate data from multiple systems through data interfaces and APIs
- Transform extracted data, link datasets, and efficiently load it into relational databases while ensuring data integrity and optimization
- Conduct data analysis to assist business operations, decision-making, and strategic goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and data engineering, to guarantee effective data flow and integration
- Perform regular assessments of data quality and implement necessary strategies to uphold and enhance data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Create, document, and maintain automation and ETL processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Offer support and training to end-users and stakeholders regarding data extraction, reporting tools, and analytical techniques
- Remain updated on advancements in AI, data analytics technologies, and industry best practices to further improve data analysis capabilities
