Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in the electric Transmission or Distribution sector
- 3+ years serving as a Product Owner, Data Product Owner, or a comparable position
- Profound knowledge of T&D data processes and grid operations
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Expertise in Snowflake, Matillion or Data Integration
Responsibilities
- Develop the strategic roadmap for T&D data ingestion platforms and products
- Create and uphold reusable standards for data products (e.g., feeder health, transformer performance)
- Align data initiatives with grid modernization, ADMS growth, and digital twin strategies
- Transition from project-oriented integrations to product-focused data capabilities
- Manage comprehensive ingestion strategies including setting ingestion patterns such as batch and streaming
- Ensure adherence to API and event-driven architecture standards
- Prioritize functionalities for data validation, reconciliation, and monitoring
- Enhance observability and data lineage for operations
- Maintain a product backlog for grid-oriented data offerings
- Craft transparent user stories with specific acceptance criteria
- Work collaboratively with data engineers, architects, and operational stakeholders
- Specify consumers, establish SLAs, business KPIs for each data product, and engage stakeholders from various departments

This role is pivotal in defining and implementing data ingestion frameworks and products that bolster our Transmission and Distribution operations.
