Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field required
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology focusing on applications and analytics product development
- Proven experience leading technical and functional teams through the application development lifecycle
- Proficient in collaborating with users to comprehend workflows and translate these into application designs
- Experience in developing new Analytics and Data Products
- Familiarity with the System Development Lifecycle and Software
- Understanding of development methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies
Responsibilities
- Oversee product vision and roadmap for Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements
- Manage the product lifecycle by prioritizing the backlog, organizing releases, and guaranteeing high-quality execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to collect feedback, identify challenges, and promote ongoing enhancements
- Ensure platform scalability and user adoption, monitoring KPIs and optimizing Salesforce functionalities
- Convert requirements into user stories and work closely with administrators, developers, and architects to implement features
