Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Over 2 years of experience in Digital or Technology Product Management
- Experience in steering product strategy, roadmap development, and execution delivery
- Proven track record in delivering digital products or integrated product platforms
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies; Agile certification is a plus
- Proficiency in product and delivery tools such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals
- Manage the comprehensive product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous enhancement
- Create and uphold a prioritized product roadmap reflecting customer needs and business value
- Gather and document product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to achieve successful product outcomes
- Ensure intuitive and seamless digital user experiences through feedback and data-driven insights
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover innovation opportunities
- Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user metrics to inform improvements
- Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Communicate product status, risks, milestones, and outcomes to leadership
