Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for addressing authentic customer challenges rather than merely meeting feature delivery schedules
- Assess success based on the impact to customers and the business, rather than on release frequency
- Engage directly with users, operators, and stakeholders to grasp actual workflow dynamics
- Recognize areas of value loss, system failures, and opportunities for intelligent automation
- Quickly validate ideas before dedicating engineering resources
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams as part of a unified trio
- Co-create solutions rather than merely producing specifications and delegating
- Keep pace with agile and efficient, AI-focused engineering teams through rigorous product consideration
- Determine which challenges merit resolution, filter out noise, and identify promising experiments for product development
- Make informed decisions on when to intensify efforts or discontinue investments in unproductive initiatives
- Function effectively amidst incomplete data and shifting constraints
- Differentiate between substantive AI applications and superficial claims
- Pinpoint where real-time insights, intelligent automation, and machine learning can deliver substantial value
- Translate technical capabilities into outcomes that appeal to customers
- Recognize when custom solutions should evolve into standardized product offerings
- Clearly define productized and guarantee scalability while maintaining genuine effectiveness
