Requirements
Must:
- Experience with large-scale digital websites for enterprise-level organizations
- Proven track record of independent operations, self-management, and driving initiatives with minimal oversight
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a history of engaging stakeholders across various levels
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing competing requests
- Exposure to telecom, networking, or connectivity-related products, such as internet or Ethernet (preferred)
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale platform consolidation initiatives (preferred)
- Background in website consolidation, migration strategies, and digital experience unification (preferred)
- Capability to simplify complex systems and deliver user-friendly experiences (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for enterprise digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, customer-focused digital experiences
- Manage and prioritize input from diverse stakeholders, balancing varying needs and business goals
- Support initiatives related to platform unification, digital transformation, and potential mergers or consolidation
- Contribute to strategies aimed at unifying multiple platforms, achieving feature parity, and transitioning customers to streamlined experiences
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to users
