Requirements

Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, including 3 or more years managing Salesforce-based platforms and workflows - Practical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud - Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives within an Agile framework - Excellent discovery abilities to focus on problems rather than solutions - Profound comprehension of human-centric workflow design for agents and operators - Data-driven decision maker experienced in conducting experiments and analyzing outcomes - Capable of operating at a senior level with significant autonomy and accountability - Skillful at influencing senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities - Direct and candid communicator skilled in giving and receiving constructive feedback - Extensive experience with Salesforce ecosystem strongly preferred - Strong understanding of Agile delivery models (Scrum/Kanban) - Experience in subscription or member-based business models is advantageous

Responsibilities

- Articulate and implement a clear product vision for agent workflows on the Claims platform, enhancing Customer Experience (CX), efficiency, and cost results - Convert business objectives into a prioritized, outcome-focused roadmap - Manage customer and agent research pertaining to Claims experience, acting as the Voice of the Customer and Agent - Identify and assess customer, agent, and operational challenges using both qualitative and quantitative research - Collaborate with Operations, CX, Marketing, and Business Intelligence (BI) to create data-driven problem statements - Develop and manage the product roadmap and backlog; prioritize initiatives according to impact, effort, and strategic alignment - Specify features, workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; validate outcomes after launch - Work closely with Engineering Managers to schedule sprints, manage trade-offs, and ensure consistent delivery - Design and implement experiments (pilots, phased rollouts) to test hypotheses and mitigate investment risks - Leverage data to continually enhance agent workflows, customer journeys, and operational efficiency - Serve as the subject matter expert for Claims workflows and customer/agent experiences - Influence peers across Technology, Operations, Marketing, BI, Finance, and Data Science without direct authority - Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable while simplifying long-term operational complexity
