Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX and UI design, supported by a strong portfolio
- Proficient in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Experience with Design Systems
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively presenting design decisions
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency
- Proficient in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar (Figma preferred)
- Capable of creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that vividly express the functionality and appearance of the product
- Organize and conduct usability testing to gather insights for refining design iterations
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces to enhance user experiences
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and established design systems
- Create and oversee design assets, including icons, buttons, and other UI components
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure fidelity of design implementation
- Simplify complex concepts into user-friendly experiences
- Engage with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to synchronize design solutions with business and technical requirements
- Participate in design reviews and provide valuable feedback to colleagues
- Promote user-centered design practices within the team and organization
- Continuously stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
- Seek opportunities for enhancing design processes and efficiency
