Product Designer

- Participate in design execution, with a focus on visual presentation and comprehension, while being proficient in industry-standard design tools - Utilize feedback to refine designs, showcasing a thorough understanding of IDS components and collaborating with the product design system team for enhancements - Approach work from an end-to-end perspective, maintaining a platform mindset and proactively identifying opportunities for consistency, as well as recognizing project interdependencies - Contextualize design work using market and industry insights, articulate design strategies based on trends, use data and analytical tools for predictive solutions, conduct customer interviews, and work alongside researchers and designers to recognize and address data gaps - Regularly access analytics dashboards, define clear success indicators, utilize both quantitative and qualitative data for hypothesis generation, collaborate with data professionals for behavioral insights, partner with Product Development for accurate data, use data to inform tests and innovations, and effectively communicate data-driven insights to senior leadership - Maintain a strong point of view on the impact of design craft amidst competing priorities and develop creative solutions for business challenges - Leverage industry expertise and strategic insights to present work with confidence, lead productive meetings, represent our design craft in various contexts, enhance conflict resolution abilities, and sustain execution momentum
