Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree is required - 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst focusing on Financial Crimes, BSA, AML, and OFAC - Expertise in the Financial Crimes and Banking domain - Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Crimes Risk Management, including BSA/AML, KYC, Sanctions, Fraud, Payments, and Compliance - Practical experience with CIP, CDD, EDD, Customer Risk Rating, SAR/CTR filing, 314(a)/(b), transaction monitoring, and PEP/adverse media screening - Familiarity with payments and banking channels - In-depth understanding of Commercial Banking operations and regulatory practices - Proven track record as a Product Owner, Product Lead, or Product Analyst within an Agile framework - Proficient in backlog management, PI and sprint planning, KPIs, and burn-up/burn-down metrics - Extensive experience in creating user stories, business requirements, workflows, wireframes, gap analysis, UAT support, data mapping, SQL queries, deployments, and change management - Strong facilitation skills for workshops and cross-functional sessions - Hands-on experience with FCRM and sanctions technologies, including OFSAA (KYC Engine, ECM), Fircosoft/Accuity, Bottomline, SAS AML Alert Engine, and LexisNexis - Experience with core banking systems, payment systems, middleware, and transaction screening platforms - Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, and reporting/data-warehousing tools (e.g., OBIEE, pivot tables/charts) - Capable of supporting global stakeholders across various time zones - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills - Proficient at managing multiple tasks in dynamic, regulated environments

Responsibilities

- Serve as the Business Product Owner and/or Business Analyst for initiatives within BSA, Sanctions, or Payments inside the FCRM organization - Collaborate with team members from various functions to ensure alignment on business process design with respect to solution definition and compliance with FCRM controls - Provide updates and reports regarding the business aspects of project activities concerning Financial Crimes - Utilize extensive domain knowledge to identify impacts on FCRM systems and craft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria (related to KYC, Sanctions, AML, Fraud, Payments & Channels) - Showcase prior experience in developing seamless digital solutions that span across organizations - Analyze current As-Is business processes and establish future To-Be processes; perform gap analysis, assess requirements, and produce various project documents: User stories, Backlog, BRDS, Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, User personas, Visio mock-ups, Interface designs, Data Mapping, and other functional configurations; conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions - Participate in Product Increment Planning, sprint planning, and t-shirt sizing activities for the designated work area - Formulate and execute effective change management strategies, encompassing communication plans, educational and training methods, addressing resistance to change, sustaining changes post-implementation, and measuring benefits and ROI - Create and configure Business Architecture diagrams and workflows
