Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading ERP migrations from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion ERP
- Deep understanding of enterprise system integrations, data flows, and dependencies
- Strong experience with data migration planning and execution in large-scale environments
- Demonstrated ability to identify upstream and downstream impacts of system changes
- Experience organizing and leading complex, multi-team technical initiatives
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience working with blended teams of internal employees and contingent or contract resources
- Ability to quickly assess the current state and implement structure and best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and technical strategy for the PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion ERP migration
- Provide hands-on leadership in planning and executing ERP transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with in-house team members and contingent staff to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Analyze and document upstream and downstream system impacts, including integrations and dependencies
- Define and steer data migration strategies, ensuring integrity, completeness, and reconciliation
- Evaluate, redesign, and manage integration patterns and data flows across enterprise systems
- Establish structure and clarity in project execution, including work breakdown and sequencing
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Develop governance and decision frameworks
- Proactively identify potential pitfalls and recommend practical solutions based on experience
- Work together with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Mentor and guide engineers and analysts to enhance team capability and delivery maturity
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
