Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM II)
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), or similar scaling certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- 8+ years of experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) environments
- 5+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role supporting enterprise-scale projects
- 3+ years of experience with traditional Waterfall/PRINCE2 project management methodologies
- Proven ability to lead teams in large-scale ERP implementations, system integrations, or digital transformations
- Background in regulated sectors (utilities, energy, finance, healthcare) is strongly preferred
- Successful track record of coaching teams in SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe)
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and system integration techniques
- Familiarity with Waterfall/Phase-Gate methodologies and MS Project
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation solutions
- Proficient in Agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, VersionOne)
Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) for multiple high-performing teams
- Guide teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and mindset transformation
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners throughout the organization
- Advocate for Agile adoption and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) for enterprise initiatives
- Evaluate project complexity, regulatory requirements, and organizational readiness to identify the best delivery approach (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Create and implement customized hybrid frameworks combining Agile flexibility with Waterfall structure for large-scale projects
- Manage stage-gate governance processes while ensuring Agile team velocity and adaptability
- Serve as a liaison between Agile teams and traditional Project Management Office (PMO) structures
- Assist in complex, multi-team programs valued at over $50 million with dependencies across enterprise systems
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, value stream mapping, and coordination across teams
- Monitor and report on team health metrics, velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and value delivery
