Principal Product Manager, CDP

- Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our Customer Data Platform, leveraging GrowthLoop within a Google Cloud Platform and enterprise data warehouse - Act as the end-to-end proprietor of CDP strategy, roadmap, ensuring synchronization with business objectives, data architecture, and activation case studies - Propel recovery and progress after prior CDP delays, ensuring adherence to revised forecasts and commitments - Manage the ingestion, unification, and activation of large-scale, distributed customer data across multiple systems and channels - Collaborate with data engineering and warehouse teams to ascertain the true source of customer data and uphold best practices for data quality and governance - Enable advanced personalization, segmentation, and audience development to bolster business growth and customer engagement - Serve as a trusted ally to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Online/Digital, B2B, and Contract Centers - Communicate effectively with and influence leaders at Director and VP levels, balancing competing needs across departments - Navigate a complex organizational environment while ensuring accountability and forward momentum - Transform strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring initiatives progress from concept to completion - Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and trade-offs related to data, technology, and organizational readiness - Maintain a proactive approach while grounding decisions in data-driven insights and business impact
