Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering roles
- Demonstrated capability in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines at scale
- Proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Bicep, or similar)
- Experience in hybrid or cloud environments (preferably Azure)
- Skilled in automating build, deployment, and infrastructure workflows
- Strong scripting or automation abilities (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
- Experience integrating security measures into delivery pipelines
- Experience mentoring engineers or spearheading technical initiatives
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing DevOps tools, pipelines, and methodologies
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to modernize CI/CD and automation practices
- Establish scalable standards for DevOps and platform engineering
- Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to enhance delivery methods
- Design and standardize CI/CD pipeline patterns and templates
- Enhance build, deployment, and release processes
- Implement automated testing and deployment strategies
- Decrease manual deployment and provisioning tasks
- Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Facilitate automated environment provisioning and configuration
- Improve consistency across development, testing, and production environments
- Integrate security controls into delivery pipelines
- Introduce automated scanning and compliance checks
- Enhance secure delivery practices without impeding development
- Elevate developer experience through standardized tools and templates
- Build self-service capabilities to streamline operations
