Principal Cyber Security Assessor

- Graduate or terminal degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience - Managerial-level professional certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA, or GICSP) - Navy Qualified Validator (NQV), Level II - Over 10 years of experience in OT/ICS cyber security, compliance, or audits - In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-53, or DISA STIGs - Practical technical expertise in the setup and execution of cyber security standards and controls - Experience within offshore and maritime sectors - Skilled in presenting to upper management and executive clients - Extensive experience with computer and network systems, focusing on IT/OT security and cyber regulations - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues - Proficient in various OT security technologies, embedded security, and network platforms - Excellent presentation capabilities, including report creation and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Outstanding English communication skills, both spoken and written; ability to deliver reports to technical and non-technical audiences - Capacity to work independently under tight deadlines - Willingness to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally - Understanding of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems - Preferred experience in drafting technical reports and research papers in English - Preferred experience in developing and conducting training for clients
