Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of software engineering experience with a solid track record of technical leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Python, especially in developing scalable backend or data systems
- Significant hands-on experience with AWS (EKS/ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation/Terraform)

- Preferred background in financial systems, accounting, treasury, or operational technology
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
