Requirements
Must:
- Proven hands-on experience with Jira administration is essential, familiarity with other agile tools such as Jira Align is highly preferred
- Significant expertise in utilizing Power BI for crafting and publishing tailored interactive reports
- Strong background in analyzing, planning, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting data warehouse models with Power BI
- Demonstrated ability in conducting complex data analyses using SQL, Oracle, Snowflake databases, and Excel
- Capable of guiding and mentoring the team in adopting Power BI based on substantial technical knowledge
- Enthusiastic about acquiring new tools and collaborating with various teams within the organization to address business challenges
- Proficient in building and nurturing relationships with key business and technology partners to ensure effective integration and execution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at presenting to inspire support, facilitate change, and promote acceptance across the organization
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the user community to troubleshoot and resolve issues within Jira, Jira Align, Agile Tools, and Smart Intake Form
- Utilize Power BI to design and publish interactive reports tailored to user needs
- Engage in the analysis, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of data warehouse models utilizing Power BI
- Conduct in-depth data analyses using SQL, Oracle, Snowflake databases, and Excel
- Mentor and support the team in effectively adopting Power BI for their reporting needs
Description
We are seeking a Power BI Analyst to join our team in Westlake, TX.
