Organizational Change Management Analyst

- Bachelors degree in organizational development, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field - Masters Degree or relevant certifications such as Change Management, PROSCI, ADDIE/SAM, or PMP are a plus - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT change management, with at least 2-3 years focusing on IT initiatives - Experience leading large-scale IT change initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations - Proven track record of managing change across multiple departments or teams - Strong comprehension of change management methodologies and the ability to guide team adoption - In-depth knowledge of the full change management process and tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels - Strong project management and problem-solving abilities, managing multiple projects efficiently - Proficient in creating professional presentations in PowerPoint, spreadsheets in Excel, and documents in Word - Capacity to evaluate and manage risks associated with change - Ability to apply agile principles alongside change management principles effectively - Deliver high-quality work with effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy - Foster a culture of agility, adaptability, continuous learning, and empowerment to help teams thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
