Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL in enterprise settings
- Proven track record in developing and supporting sophisticated PL/SQL-based data solutions
- Familiarity with Snowflake as a cloud-based data warehouse
- Solid grasp of relational data modeling and database architecture principles
- Experience managing production data platforms and resolving performance concerns
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage intricate Oracle PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views
- Assist with transactional (OLTP) and analytical (OLAP) data workloads, prioritizing performance, reliability, and scalability
- Create and enhance Snowflake SQL objects, such as tables, views, and schemas
- Facilitate data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and audit processes
- Conduct SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with application teams, data engineers, and business stakeholders to implement data solutions that adhere to enterprise standards
- Engage in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release execution
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, data governance, and security protocols
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, data models, and operational runbooks
