Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of project management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives
- Practical experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations, preferably within HCM
- Proven track record in managing cross-departmental teams including HR, Finance, and IT
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, especially Absence Management and Payroll
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams while keeping projects on track
- PMP certification or a similar project management qualification (preferred)
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM transformations or upgrades (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or hybrid delivery approaches (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Spearhead and oversee Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM projects, particularly in Absence Management and Payroll
- Ensure project progression by liaising with functional, technical, and business partners
- Create and monitor project plans, schedules, and deliverables to guarantee milestone achievements
- Organize project status meetings, provide stakeholder updates, and prepare executive reports
- Identify potential project risks and initiate preventive strategies
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure that requirements are accurately defined and executed
- Manage testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deployment readiness
- Ensure compliance with project governance and best practices for Oracle Cloud implementations
