Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of techno-functional experience with Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion)
- Extensive knowledge in Record to Report (R2R), Source/Procure to Pay (S2P/P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Supply Chain processes
- Strong practical experience with Oracle reporting, PaaS extensions, integrations, and SQL/PLSQL
- Demonstrated history of leading significant ERP implementations or modernization projects
- Experience in regulated environments is preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
Responsibilities
- Direct the solution and technical architecture for Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion) in core finance and supply chain areas
- Convert intricate business needs into scalable and compliant ERP designs
- Provide hands-on technical guidance across reporting, integrations, extensions, and data migration
- Manage ERP integrations and interfacing systems using OIC, APIs, and file-based interfaces
- Uphold technical standards, perform design/code evaluations, and mentor project teams
- Propel automation, enhance processes, and promote adoption of native Oracle Cloud and AI-enabled features
- Ensure solutions adhere to SOX, IT GxP, audit, and security standards
- Partner with business and IT leaders to align solutions with enterprise-wide standards and strategies
