Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing for Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS)
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP modules
- Hands-on experience creating UAT test plans, scripts, and execution strategies
- Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams
- Proficiency with test management and defect-tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience within staffing, workforce solutions, or similar service-based industries (preferred)
- Knowledge of timekeeping, payroll, accounts payable, and related business workflows (preferred)
- Oracle functional or testing certifications (Oracle Cloud, EBS, ISTQB) (preferred)
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive UAT lifecycle encompassing planning, execution oversight, defect management, and go-live readiness
- Develop UAT strategies, test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria in accordance with business requirements
- Guide and assist business users during UAT execution, providing training and issue resolution
- Validate Oracle ERP functionality across core modules and integrations
- Oversee defect tracking and resolution utilizing tools such as Jira
- Validate integrations, data migrations, and reporting outputs
- Deliver objective go/no-go recommendations based on test outcomes and risk assessments
- Create transparent UAT status reports for project stakeholders
- Ensure UAT activities are consistent with Agile or SDLC project methodologies

We are seeking a Remote Oracle ERP UAT Lead to manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Oracle ERP implementations and enhancements. This role requires close collaboration with both business and technical teams to ensure that new functionalities are thoroughly tested, validated, and ready for deployment.
