Oracle ERP Training Lead

- Lead comprehensive training and change management strategies for Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades - Formulate and execute change management plans that include stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations - Design and oversee role-based training programs, encompassing SME enablement, UAT training, and end-user training - Develop and manage training resources such as presentations, user guides, simulations, and knowledge repositories - Conduct workshops with functional SMEs to collect, document, and validate training content - Coordinate the development of training content with resources and vendors, utilizing AI-enabled training tools where applicable - Align training content with finalized system designs by collaborating closely with functional and technical teams - Organize and oversee UAT training and validation efforts to ensure user preparedness for testing and sign-off - Lead communication efforts to facilitate change adoption, including messaging for leadership and end-users - Monitor adoption, readiness, and training effectiveness metrics, providing regular updates to leadership - Identify and address people-related risks that could affect adoption or business continuity - Manage training timelines, resources, and budgets in alignment with ERP program milestones
