Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience leading data conversion projects related to Oracle ERP
- More than 5 years of direct experience utilizing Oracle data conversion tools such as FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, and Import Objects
- Extensive experience converting data associated with customers, suppliers, invoices, projects, contracts, employees, payroll, banks, and balances
- Solid understanding of Oracle modules including Financials, PPM, and HCM (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management)
- In-depth technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM and corresponding interface and validation tables
- Proficient analytical, troubleshooting, and data quality management abilities
- Strong technical and analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information to both functional and technical audiences
- Ability to prioritize and achieve results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred Oracle certifications (not mandatory)
- Experience in supporting ERP implementations particularly in the staffing or service-oriented sectors
- Background in managing large-scale, complex data migrations across multiple systems
Responsibilities
- Define and spearhead the overarching data conversion strategy, which includes data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
- Develop and oversee comprehensive conversion plans that outline tasks, interdependencies, and key milestones
- Lead data migration activities in collaboration with functional, technical, and conversion teams
- Work alongside stakeholders to facilitate unit testing, SIT, UAT, and post-go-live validation processes
- Ensure that effective error handling, logging, and troubleshooting measures are established
- Propel the enhancement of conversion processes to improve scalability and efficiency
- Validate transferred data for accuracy, completeness, and coherence with original systems
- Prepare reconciliation and validation reports to meet testing and audit demands
- Maintain close coordination with project management and ERP stream leaders
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required
