Requirements
Must:
- Extensive functional expertise with Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA, Intercompany, Cost, Inventory)
- Exceptional knowledge in Intercompany transaction flow configurations, accounting, and processing
- Strong understanding of EBS tax configurations for international entities, particularly in HK and China
- Demonstrated experience in designing business processes or operating models within the Finance sector
- Proficient in gathering requirements, documentation, and functional solution design
- Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Competence in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Project, Visio)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops to comprehend current Finance processes and gather requirements for future improvements
- Define and document the Finance business model, including process flows, cross-functional interactions, and data movements
- Suggest enhancements for future processes in line with Oracle EBS R12 capabilities
- Convert business needs into functional designs and configuration strategies for Oracle
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility
- Create documentation like future-state process maps, RACI models, solution alternatives, and functional deliverables
- Support analysis of change impacts and assist in preparing the user community for new or updated processes
- Help in planning implementation phases, testing strategies, and readiness milestones
- Provide functional guidance across various Oracle EBS Finance modules: GL, SLA, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Inventory, Cost Accounting, and Consolidations
- Work with Finance and IT on the design, development, and rollout of Oracle enhancements
- Assist the Finance user community with issue resolution and analysis
- Collect and document business requirements for system modifications and enhancements
- Configure Oracle EBS features to meet Finance operational requirements
- Aid in testing, validation, and release processes
- Coordinate activities with different business units to support cross-functional process integration
- Offer second-tier support and training to system users
