Oracle Cloud HCM Lead

- Oversee ERP functions related to Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Scheduling to align with organizational needs - Manage and guide functional teams, establishing priorities, managing resources, and ensuring accountability - Collaborate with business stakeholders to create and implement solutions that meet changing requirements and identify system deficiencies - Supervise the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Work with external consultants to ensure effective and compliant system design - Lead the formulation of functional specifications, including fast formulas, interfaces, configurations, and custom developments - Assist in designing security roles, provisioning, and governance within Oracle Cloud HCM - Develop and execute testing strategies, including automated testing and validation for implementations and quarterly updates - Identify and resolve issues related to payroll and timekeeping activities - Initiate process improvement projects to boost efficiency and system effectiveness - Facilitate integrations, reporting, dashboards, and data extractions to fulfill business requirements - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and auditing standards - Oversee post-launch stabilization, user training, and ongoing system optimization - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT departments on enhancements, change management, and strategic initiatives
