Requirements
Must:
- Practical experience as a OneStream Configurator and/or Developer
- Proficient in VB.NET development, specifically for business rules and calculations
- Familiarity with supporting or integrating Anaplan, Hyperion, and/or Longview
- Knowledge of financial systems architecture and data integration
- Experience in finance budgeting and FP&A processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Accounting, FP&A, and Finance leadership
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to learn new tools, models, and business processes
- Excellent communication skills, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to thrive in team-oriented settings and collaborate with colleagues
Responsibilities
- Configure and support OneStream applications, managing metadata, workflows, business rules, and reporting
- Develop and maintain business rules and calculations utilizing VB.NET within OneStream
- Assist with financial consolidations, allocations, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation
- Create and enhance dashboards, reports, and financial statements to satisfy business needs
- Support financial budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities within OneStream
- Collaborate with Finance and FP&A teams to comprehend budgeting assumptions, drivers, and reporting requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues concerning financial data and processes
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities from a systems perspective
- Assist in data integrations from ERP and source systems
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various platforms
- Provide support for or integrate with other EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Hyperion, or Longview
- Act as a collaborative team player within cross-functional finance and IT teams
- Convert finance requirements into effective, scalable system solutions
- Document configurations, rules, and support procedures for reference
- Identify opportunities for enhancing and automating financial processes
