Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in managing a Change Champion Network
- Familiarity with Oracle or other applications (Salesforce, Workday, Reporting tools)
- Background in Project Management
- Experience in both Corporate and Field operations
- Support experience for testing events
- Proficient in SharePoint
- Demonstrated success in Change Management initiatives
- Knowledge of Order to Cash processes
- Understanding of AI tools
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience in crafting communications, creating presentations, and tracking plans
- Self-motivated with the ability to take charge of responsibilities
- Capability to analyze metrics related to readiness, adoption, and training effectiveness
Responsibilities
- Oversee updates to the communications and engagement strategy
- Create and distribute communications, including 30-day forecasts
- Develop and maintain distribution lists
- Assist with the OTC Monthly Newsletter
- Coordinate logistics for communications and engagement activities for SIT, UAT NA, and UAT Field
- Evaluate survey feedback and convert it into actionable change and training plans
