Requirements

Must:
- 10+ years of experience in partner programs, GTM operations, channel strategy, or customer incentive operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS, technology platform, or financial services environment - Demonstrated success in leading and launching pricing, tiering, or loyalty frameworks and programs, especially those utilizing dynamic points or engagement scoring systems - In-depth understanding of commercial models (reseller, revenue share, referral) and their impact on adoption and partner satisfaction - Operational systems thinker with practical experience in tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, PRM systems, and Airtable - Strong ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders across GTM, finance, legal, product, and data teams - Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of translating complex program designs into actionable and repeatable processes - Bonus: Experience in scaling tiered partner programs globally with consideration for regulatory compliance and revenue recognition

- Take ownership of the operational design and enhancement of the points-based tiering framework - Establish criteria for tier progression, attribution logic, and enforcement policies to guarantee fairness, consistency, and auditability - Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to maintain transparency in point accumulation and tier scoring logic - Co-lead the implementation of the Benefits Marketplace, defining processes for points redemption, eligibility, and benefit delivery across tiers - Define rules and automation needs for pricing and incentives such as rebates, revenue share bonuses, MDF eligibility, technical support access, and enablement unlocks

We are seeking a Non-Technical Product Manager IV (Staff) to join our remote team as part of the GTM Programs & Operations within our Global Partner Ecosystem (GPE). In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and scaling of the pricing, tiering, benefits, and incentives infrastructure for our unified Partner Program. You will work collaboratively across various teams to turn our Benefits Marketplace vision into reality. This is a crucial position as we evolve into a platform-first company, and you will play an integral role in redefining our approach to measuring partner value.
