Requirements
Must:
- BA or BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in creative design, visual communication, presentation design, or a related discipline
- Strong visual storytelling skills with the capability to transform ideas, concepts, and product information into engaging presentation narratives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with proven experience in creating polished, executive-ready presentations
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and basic experience with Adobe Premiere Elements (or similar video tools) is advantageous
- Ability to independently manage projects from brief to execution while adhering to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effective collaboration and articulating creative concepts
- Skill in understanding and translating product features, benefits, and use cases into visual narratives that resonate with various audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at handling multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder opinions simultaneously
- Comfort with working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment across different time zones in remote or hybrid settings
- Strong creative vision and design sensibility, supported by a background in graphic design, visual communication, marketing creative, or related fields
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with NPI leads to convert product strategies, features, and key selling points into clear and attractive visual narratives, suitable for PowerPoint presentations
- Distill complex information into clear, concise slide content that delivers focused messages with effective visual hierarchy and storytelling flow
- Create and enhance presentation materials—including layouts, graphics, imagery, charts, and icons—to improve the quality, consistency, and impact of NPI storytelling
- Ensure presentation content adheres to high standards of visual quality and execution, focusing on typography, layout consistency, spacing, color usage, and brand alignment
- Work with various stakeholders (including product, marketing, communications, sales, and creative teams) to gather input, incorporate feedback, and iterate efficiently
- Assist with significant gaming announcements, executive reviews, and sales enablement requirements, ensuring fast, flexible, and high-quality creative outputs
- Bring a strong creative perspective and proactively suggest visual and storytelling enhancements that improve clarity, engagement, and overall impact
- Occasionally support light video or motion graphics tasks (e.g., short clips, transitions, or basic edits) for presentations or launch content when necessary
