Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI design and research focused on digital products, including software
- Proven track record of collaborating with data science teams on AI-centric user interfaces
- Skilled in conducting end-user feedback sessions and design evaluations
- In-depth experience with Scaled Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for crafting responsive and interactive prototypes
- Strong ability to document and communicate research insights
- Leadership qualities to confidently facilitate design discussions and workshops
- A proactive self-starter with curiosity and a passion for innovation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to user-centered design
- Capability to produce pixel-perfect responsive UI designs meeting ADA level AA and HFI best practices
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to deeply understand user needs and behaviors
- Create intuitive and user-focused digital interfaces for outstanding user experiences
- Work closely with the UX Lead and data science teams to develop UI designs for AI initiatives
- Lead design discussions and workshops, offering creative solutions that align with user needs and business objectives
- Gather requirements while challenging the norm to ensure innovative and feasible solutions are explored
- Adhere to Scaled Agile methodologies to guarantee efficient project delivery utilizing JIRA
- Employ Figma for design and prototyping to generate visual design assets
- Perform discovery via stakeholder interviews (including product owners, subject matter experts, and end users) and review prior research for existing personas
- Define process maps, user/task flows, and other relevant definition artifacts
- Organize user feedback sessions for design concepts/mockups (low-fidelity wireframes)
- Facilitate usability testing/user feedback sessions with high-fidelity mock-ups/designs through digital prototypes
