Requirements

Responsibilities
- Write, review, and edit digital content for usaa.com, emphasizing clarity, consistency, accuracy, and usability
- Develop content for web pages, applications, and quote flows using engaging and straightforward language
- Ensure that content complies with brand standards, accessibility best practices, SEO recommendations, and style guidelines
- Conduct thorough editorial reviews for logic, flow, grammar, spelling, and formatting within tight deadlines
- Interpret and analyze business requirements to convert complex information into user-friendly content
- Work in close collaboration with subject matter experts, designers, product partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee and facilitate editorial workflows utilizing available systems and tools
- Incorporate feedback effectively and modify writing style as necessary
- Deliver assignments promptly, often within 1-3 days, depending on the complexity
