Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a similar role or substantial knowledge and skills to fulfill the responsibilities effectively
- Relevant educational qualifications and/or training is considered advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of IBM Maximo across multiple business units
- Convert business needs into Maximo workflows, asset structures, job plans, and work management procedures
- Facilitate solution design discussions with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Manage functional outputs, including business requirement documents, functional design documents, configuration specifications, and test scenarios
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and interface validations
- Ensure Maximo configuration meets enterprise asset management standards and compliance requirements
- Assist in planning, execution, defect management, and readiness assessments for SIT/UAT
- Advise stakeholders on Maximo best practices, process improvements, and user adoption strategies
- Oversee functional issue resolution during cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
- Provide leadership to functional analysts and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams including ERP, GIS, Mobile, and Reporting
