Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in manual software testing
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies
- Hands-on experience with test case management and bug tracking applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with testing web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic SQL knowledge with the capability to query databases
- Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
- Experience with Azure DevOps
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and develop detailed test cases for functionality validation
- Execute manual test cases and document results clearly
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
- Validate fixes and perform retesting
- Participate in test planning, reviews, and requirement analysis
- Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices
- Provide constructive feedback on usability, functionality, and performance
