Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in supporting and engineering macOS environments within an enterprise context
- Strong hands-on expertise with Jamf Pro, focusing on policy management, device configuration, and automation
- Demonstrated experience in integrating macOS endpoints with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
- Background in deploying and managing Jamf Connect for identity and authentication workflows
- Solid grasp of Platform Single Sign-On (PSSO) and modern authentication frameworks
- Experience in implementing and auditing Conditional Access policies in Azure AD environments
- Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python) for systems management and validation
- Strong troubleshooting abilities related to endpoint management, identity, and security
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Capacity to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
Responsibilities
- Oversee the validation, configuration, and continuous support of macOS endpoints across enterprise environments
- Design and establish integrations between Jamf Pro and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) to uphold device compliance and identity-based access controls
- Deploy and manage Jamf Connect to facilitate seamless identity synchronization and streamline user authentication workflows
- Implement and validate Platform Single Sign-On (PSSO), utilizing Secure Enclave capabilities for secure, passwordless authentication
- Audit and enhance Conditional Access policies to ensure that only compliant and secure macOS devices can access corporate systems and data
- Develop and implement thorough testing strategies for device provisioning, user onboarding, credential synchronization, and policy enforcement
- Automate testing and validation processes using Jamf Pro, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), and other tools to boost efficiency and uniformity
- Address complex issues related to macOS devices, identity integration, authentication, and endpoint security
- Document configurations, processes, test cases, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure operational excellence and audit readiness
