Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of practical experience with enterprise logging, monitoring, or security telemetry systems
- Hands-on proficiency with Cribl for log routing and pipeline management including configuration and problem-solving
- Experience in managing Elastic environments, specifically with log onboarding, data quality checks, and regular maintenance
- Familiarity with network telemetry or NDR solutions, such as Corelight or equivalent technologies
- Solid foundation in Linux and Windows system administration
- Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python) to support daily operations
- Experience in cloud, hybrid, or large enterprise environments
- Understanding of monitoring principles such as data integrity, throughput, latency, and alerting
Responsibilities
- Configure, operate, and monitor logging and telemetry pipelines using Cribl, including data routing, filtering, and transformations
- Onboard log sources in Elastic environments, validate data quality, assist with troubleshooting, and conduct maintenance tasks
- Deploy, manage, and monitor Corelight sensors to ensure effective network telemetry data collection
- Resolve issues related to logging and data pipelines, addressing concerns over data flow, parsing, transport, and ingestion
- Conduct routine operational tasks such as platform upgrades, configuration updates, documentation revisions, and capacity tracking
- Collaborate with security operations, infrastructure, and application teams to assist with log onboarding requests and address data inconsistencies
- Adhere to established change management and operational protocols while providing feedback for process enhancements
- Maintain essential operational documentation and runbooks to ensure consistent platform performance

In this role, you will support the ongoing operation and development of our logging and telemetry platforms.
