Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of experience in analytics or insights roles, preferably in digital, product, or business analytics
- Proficient in Adobe Analytics and Power BI (or other equivalent BI tools), with a focus on dashboard development and performance reporting
- Skilled in analyzing trends and drivers, translating findings into actionable recommendations that influence business decisions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to link insights to business outcomes and opportunities for optimization
- Experienced in constructing KPI-driven dashboards and effectively communicating performance insights to varied audiences
- Capable of managing complex datasets and integrating multiple data sources
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for presenting insights through structured and persuasive storytelling
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation is essential
Responsibilities
- Employ Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and other reporting tools to assess performance and pinpoint opportunities that advance Product team initiatives and assist cross-functional business stakeholders
- Execute comprehensive analyses to identify key drivers of emerging trends, quantify impacts, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations aligned with stakeholder goals
- Create and maintain KPI-aligned dashboards and custom reports, integrating various data sources and complex queries to provide insights tailored to diverse audiences
- Advise on success metrics, KPI strategies, and product health indicators across product teams, advocating for standardized definitions and measurement practices
- Collaborate on A/B testing and experimentation by participating in test design and measurement plans, monitoring outcomes, interpreting results, and communicating the overall impact through structured, concise narratives
