Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology
- 2 to 5 years of experience in programming, systems analysis, or systems administration
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Dynatrace, CloudWatch)
- Sound knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), and common software applications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of application development, operating environments, and documentation
- Familiarity with structured methodologies, fact-finding, and technical writing
- Strong customer service orientation with analytical problem-solving and resolution skills
- Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting

Responsibilities
- Monitor, measure, and analyze system performance and availability for production applications
- Develop and maintain automated tools for managing and monitoring infrastructure to minimize manual intervention and human error
- Respond to on-call incidents, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with support teams to identify and resolve root causes
- Analyze and assess capacity needs to improve operational efficiency and scale services for increased demand
- Collaborate with supervisors and work closely with DevOps and Operations engineers to create resilient and scalable systems
- Address application errors through methods such as adjusting WAF rules or modifying system resources
- Document system operations (e.g., runbooks) and revisions; train support technicians on procedures; work with DevOps to maintain documentation
- Identify, analyze, and define business operations and information requirements, including monitoring and performance criteria; develop dashboards for support teams
