Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Over 9 years of professional software development experience
- More than 3 years in a technical leadership or architecture role overseeing multiple teams or applications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies including .NET, Azure, Dynamics, and SQL Server
- Strong background in enterprise integration patterns and data architecture
- Experience in designing, governing, and evolving solution architectures aligned with enterprise frameworks
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, maintainable, and supportable technology solutions
- Familiarity with structured SDLC and project delivery methodologies
- Strong skills across architecture, development, testing, agile delivery, and application lifecycle management
- Capacity to quickly learn new technologies and align technical strategies with business priorities
- Demonstrated leadership through accountability, mentorship, and ownership of results
- Experience guiding multiple development teams within a value stream
- Broad technical knowledge encompassing applications, infrastructure, integrations, and tooling
- Advanced capability to convey architecture through conceptual, logical, and physical models
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and agile practices
- Proven skill in estimating effort and coordinating enterprise-scale initiatives
- Proficient in stakeholder alignment and enterprise-level negotiation
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete technical delivery of solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Provide daily technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to development teams
- Maintain a hands-on approach by contributing code while ensuring development expertise
- Manage the entire delivery lifecycle utilizing Azure DevOps, including requirements tracking, source control, build automation, and deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with business partners to collect and define requirements guiding solution design
- Weigh business priorities against technical feasibility to enhance long-term value
- Articulate architecture decisions through diagrams, documentation, presentations, APIs, and code
- Facilitate refinement sessions to clarify requirements and assess implementation strategies
- Work alongside Business Analysts to ensure a clear, validated backlog of requirements
- Communicate transparently regarding progress, risks, estimates, and tradeoffs
- Guarantee operational readiness with documented support and transition processes
