Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in product management, especially in MarTech, digital platforms, or customer experience technology
- Practical experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar enterprise communication platforms
- Proven track record of managing digital platforms or enterprise solutions aimed at scalability for multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA/GDPR compliance in a regulated industry, preferably Financial Services
- History of integrating A/B testing and multivariate testing into the communication lifecycle
- Strong grasp of data-driven communications and trigger-based interactions
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion independently
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the long-term strategy and enhancement backlog for Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Shift the organization from traditional messaging towards more integrated customer journeys
- Prioritize enhancements that can be leveraged across various business lines
- Balance the need for platform stability with the implementation of impactful capabilities
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to establish event triggers and data structures that enhance personalization
- Convert business objectives into precise technical requirements and acceptance criteria
- Guarantee the platform accommodates dynamic and responsive communication strategies
- Set standards for reusable templates, rules for avoiding communication fatigue, and manage cross-channel frequency
- Define and oversee the data elements and triggers that inform customer communications
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure all communications comply with regulatory and privacy standards
- Facilitate structured quarterly planning and backlog review sessions
- Track platform performance and proactively seek optimization opportunities
- Advocate for the adoption of Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer across the organization
- Create and deliver training, documentation, and best practice guidelines
- Act as the primary contact for discussions regarding the Adobe partnership and keep informed of product updates
