Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of software development and programming experience
- Strong proficiency in Oracle and/or Azure Integration Services, API development, cloud platforms, and cloud-native integration methodologies; solid grasp of networking, security, and DevOps/CI/CD practices
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, documentation, and communication abilities
- Capability to work autonomously or as part of a team to design solutions and guide junior integration engineers
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and enhance scalable integration solutions to optimize business processes and increase efficiency
- Guide and mentor integration engineers while crafting intricate integrations utilizing APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and data integration platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert integration needs into technical specifications and designs
- Ensure reliable synchronization of data between systems, maintaining accuracy and availability
- Develop and document integration standards, best practices, monitoring methods, and troubleshooting protocols
- Work together with cybersecurity and compliance teams to facilitate secure and compliant data transfers
- Configure, support, and optimize middleware platforms, focusing on performance enhancement and error management
- Create reusable integration frameworks and shared components to speed up delivery across teams
- Provide technical guidance on cloud integration design, new technology deployments, and complex integration scenarios within Azure and Oracle Cloud
