Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of programming and development expertise
- Proficient in Oracle and/or Azure Integration Services, API development, cloud platforms, and cloud-native integration techniques; strong understanding of networking, security, and DevOps/CI/CD practices
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, documentation, and communication abilities
- Capability to work independently or in a team to design solutions and guide junior integration engineers
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and enhance scalable integration solutions to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency
- Lead and mentor integration engineers while designing intricate integrations utilizing APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and data integration platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert integration needs into technical designs and architectures
- Ensure dependable system-to-system data synchronization, accuracy, and availability
- Develop and document integration standards, best practices, monitoring protocols, and troubleshooting methods
- Work closely with cybersecurity and compliance teams to enable secure, compliant data transfers
- Configure, maintain, and optimize middleware platforms, focusing on performance enhancement and error resolution
- Create reusable integration frameworks and shared components to expedite delivery across various teams
- Provide technical guidance on cloud integration architecture, new technology deployments, and complex integration challenges across Azure and Oracle Cloud
